Leadership
Our team is led by Tom Spinks, whose goals for Tillage are based on a country upbringing that formed his affinity with the environment and community, combined with fifteen years working in the property and construction industry.
Tom’s commercial acumen, honed by his practical experience across residential, civil and heavy industrial projects, is backed by the close links he’s developed with a full complement of delivery partners.
